New Member Development
New members go through a training bootcamp: a series of seminars in which older members teach probability, statistics, and market fundamentals. The skills built in bootcamp serve as a foundation that members apply and refine throughout the year via pitches, trading competitions, market watches, and lectures. Mentorship is central to how we develop members. New members learn directly from past quant trading, engineering, and research interns through lectures, collaborate on projects with experienced members, and recruit directly with leading firms.
