New Member Development
New members go through a training bootcamp: a series of seminars in which older members teach probability, statistics, and market fundamentals. Mentorship is central to how we develop members. Members learn directly from past quant traders, engineers, and researchers through lectures, collaborate on projects with experienced members, and recruit directly with leading firms.
